Uttarakhand to open two new Universities, notices have been issued

From the new academic session, now two new colleges in the state will now offer admissions to the students. The Government House has already given its approval, now soon a notification will be issued in this regard. With this, the number of universities functioning in the state will be increased to 31.

SGRR and Quantum act have been passed, admissions for the new session will soon begin

The government has passed the act for bestowing SGRR Education Mission and Quantum Global Campus with the epithet of deemed universities. Now, these two universities have to deposit Rs 5 crore each as a temporary collection fund, from which SGRR has already given the sum. After depositing the money, notifications will be issued to both the universities and admissions for the new session will follow up.

After BJP’s victory in Uttarakhand, the state will be blessed with two new universities

Currently, Uttarakhand has around 29 universities, out of which 4 are national universities,  1 central university, 10 state universities, 3 deemed university and 11 are private universities. After adding two new universities, the hill state will proudly boasts its 31 prestigious universities.
