Uttarakhand to introduce 5 lakh jobs within 5 Years

For the industrial development and economic growth in the state, Uttarakhand which is in dire need of the skilled labours will launch 5 lakh jobs within 5 years. This was disclosed in the sustainable action plan report of ASSOCHAM which was presented to CM Trivendra Rawat on Wednesday. While issuing the report, ASSOCHAM President Sandeep Jajodia told that the report was compiled by ASSOCHAM and Thought Arbitrage Research Institute (TARI).

Uttarakhand is growing at a fast rate but to make this progress steady, the state needs more skilled youth that can strive for the goal. Several sectors in the state are working diligently in their perspective fields. To focus on these areas, ASSOCHAM General Secretary DS Rawat told that ASSOCHAM is running 10 skilled development centers across the country and is interested in opening one such center in the state. According to the sources CM has shown interest in working with ASSOCHAM.
